You can submit a return or exchange request within 14 days of receiving the item by emailing our customer service at support@abayaboutiquecc.com. Please provide your order number, and item information, and specify whether you want to return or exchange the item.
2. Do I need to pay for return shipping?
Yes, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please ensure you use a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the item.
3. How long will it take to receive a refund after returning an item?
Refund processing usually takes 7 business days, though the exact time may vary depending on the payment method. Refunds will be returned to your original payment account.
4. What condition must the returned or exchanged item be in?
Returned or exchanged items must be in their original condition, unused, and include the original tags and packaging.

Orders over SR299 qualify for free shipping. Orders below SR299 will incur a shipping fee of SR30.
